True Refrigeration

Preserving freshness, protecting reputation

Project Details

True Refrigeration, a leading American brand, sought to expand into the European market, targeting professional chefs, restaurateurs, and food service businesses who prioritize quality, food safety, and long-term kitchen investments. The challenge was to adapt a narrative that, in North America, focuses on technical performance and durability, to a European audience more attuned to freshness, ingredient quality, and culinary culture.
My role was to translate this strategic direction into a compelling visual story — positioning professional refrigeration not merely as a background utility, but as an essential partner to the culinary process, embodying food safety, freshness, and brand reputation, while underscoring its value as a long-term investment.

Art Direction

A strong yet refined visual identity was created to express the brand’s positioning. Bold graphic elements conveyed the robustness of the products, while a deep purple palette signaled premium food quality. Stainless steel textures echoed the fridge’s inox surfaces, reinforcing durability, and subtle touches of black introduced elegance and authority. Together, these choices built a compelling presence that resonated with European food professionals and aligned True Refrigeration with the values of gastronomy.
