Rendez‑vous Canada is the country’s largest annual travel trade show, bringing tourism professionals from around the world together with Canadian Territories and Provinces. For this edition, the Yukon Government Tourism Department needed a 100‑square‑meter booth that would stand out among hundreds of exhibitors and leave a lasting impression on international trade partners. The challenge was to design a space that was both original and functional — one that captured the spirit of Yukon while efficiently accommodating private appointments and networking.
The goal was to ensure visitors not only remember Yukon but to carry that impression into conversations long after the event. At the heart of the concept was a clear message: experience the wonder of our nature and the warmth of our people.

The booth design immersed visitors in a symbolic journey through Yukon. A recreated boreal forest provided a natural and inviting setting, with intimate corners designed to host private appointments and encourage meaningful conversations. Suspended neon lights above evoked the magic of the aurora borealis, creating a striking and memorable atmosphere. The blend of organic elements and modern design transformed the booth into more than just a meeting space — it became an experience, embodying both the breathtaking wilderness of Yukon and the welcoming spirit of its people.
