Refreshing a public-facing identity and digital experience
Project Details
Context The Yukon Fish & Wildlife Management Board is responsible for supporting the stewardship of wildlife and natural resources across the territory. The project included both a refreshed visual identity and the design of a new website to better communicate its role to the public, outfitters, and stakeholders.
Challenge Clarify the Board’s mandate and make complex, information-heavy content more accessible — while building a visual identity that reflects both environmental responsibility and public trust.
Approach The direction focused on translating the relationship between land, water, and wildlife into a clear and structured visual system. Natural references were used to establish a strong sense of place, while layouts and content hierarchy were designed to improve readability and navigation across the website. The system balances expression and clarity — supporting both storytelling and functional communication.
