The Yukon Fish and Wildlife Management Board first sought a refreshed visual identity to better reflect their mission of supporting the stewardship of Yukon’s wildlife and natural resources. With this foundation established, the next step was the design of a new website to showcase who they are and the vital work they do. The goal was to clarify the Board’s role for the public, strengthen their brand image, and build understanding among outfitters, nature lovers, and the wider community.
To achieve this, the website was structured with dedicated sections explaining their activities, links to social media for greater community connection, and a media hub to share updates and increase visibility. At its core, the concept emphasized a simple yet powerful message: we must respect and conserve our land to ensure its well‑being for generations to come.

Organic textures and fluid shapes immersed visitors in the Yukon landscape, echoing the natural flow of rivers, forests, and wildlife habitats. The design balanced the duality of earth and water — symbolizing both the grounded presence of the land and the vitality of fish and wildlife that depend on it. This interplay created a visual language that felt authentic and immersive while reflecting the Board’s responsibility to guide, protect, and sustain Yukon’s natural heritage for generations to come.
